You track assets by monitoring their movements recording the location and value of all your company property. Assets means any type of physical asset from photocopiers to production machinery, fixtures, fittings and buildings. Each item type is configured with its own set of tracking criteria. Some will be location relted, others will be maintenance jobs. The  reports can be exported and aligned with the accounting system. Also new additions can be  imported from the accounts.

Locator records routine  maintenance of equipment and machinery.  It schedules checks on the system and software updates to maximise the efficiency of your operation. The reports show items that are near end of life and helps with budgetng for replacements.

Multiple databases can be set up on the same software and users can switch between the relevant items grouped by category. However if preferred, everything can be recorded on the same database and grouped by item type. the choice depends on the number of items that need recording and whether it is more convenient for the different departments to have their own database or share a common one.

Pass Locator tracks compliance with  health and safety . It covers building repairs and maintenance and compliance with legal requirements,. It schedules and records the checks carried out. For example cleaning, first aid kits, fire regulations, wiring safety,  office conditions, lighting etc.

The standard cecks are set up, each item type for example  Lighting  or  Toilets can have its own set of criteria. Schedules for the compliance checks are run and the results recorded on a pda. The checks recording is fast and can use barcodes or RFID tags where appropriate.
